John J. Ferrari, President Contain-A-Way dba NexCycle – California
Mr. Ferrari has been with CAW/NEX/SMI for over 15 years and has over 37 years’ experience in the recycling industry.  Prior to joining NexCycle in 1996, Mr. Ferrari was the Northern California Operations Manager for Reynolds Aluminum Recycling. Mr. Ferrari completed 20 years with Reynolds Aluminum Recycling Company, a division of Reynolds Metals Company in various operations, logistics & marketing management positions throughout California. In addition, Mr. Ferrari worked for Anheuser- Busch Recycling (formerly known as Container Recycling Corp) for 2 years as Plant Manager and was instrumental in the start-up and operation of ABRC’s West Coast/Hayward processing facility. Mr. Ferrari attended Canada College and Stanford University – Continuing Studies Program/Business. Mr. Ferrari resides in Redwood City California along with his wife Karen, son/Michael & daughter/Kerianne.

Kevin K. Tippets, Vice President - Operations & Compliance
Kevin began his career with Contain-A-Way, Inc.  22 years ago in 1989.  Kevin gained knowledge and experience in the various departments of the Company including Logistics and Governmental Affairs before settling into various field operation roles leading to his current position.  Kevin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brigham Young University in 1988 with a BA in Organizational Psychology.  Kevin was recruited directly from college by American Stores into their management training program where her worked for a year before joining Contain-A-Way, Inc. dba 20/20 Recycle Centers.

Michael Rezzonico, Vice President - Real Estate & Business Development
Over 18 years in the recycling business. Industry experience includes field operations, business development and property management relations. BA degree from California State University-Sacramento.
